WATERTFORD’S Garter Lane Arts Centre is to host a global women’s conference. It will take placed from 9am to 4pm on March 10 to coincide with International Women’s Day events.
Speakers will include Lelini Veerassamy, CEO of the International
Organisation for Migration, Osas Usideme of the Intercultural Health
Hub, Obianuju Eckedoze, Chair of the Waterford Migrant Forum and Dr
Uzoma Elizabeth Emenike, the Nigerian Ambassador.
Metropolitan mayor, Cllr Breda Brennan, will open the conference.
