Lucknow, Dec 9 : With the onset of winter, the King George's Medical University (KGMU) and Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS) have recorded a 50 per cent rise in cases of stroke since November while the Balrampur Hospital, which rarely receives stroke patients, is also reporting cases.
